When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jewdiva.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@jewdiva.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your JEWDIVA. Please reach out to Support@jewdiva.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Don’t worry—JEWDIVA packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to Support@jewdiva.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30-day timeframe, please reach out to Support@jewdiva.com.
Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
